Resident will race to Support PBCC

From Saturday, May 6th to Saturday May 13th, Jim Roberts of Mount Joy will travel from Pennsylvania to Indiana, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, Virginia and Michigan and back in support of the Pennsylvania Breast Cancer Coalition (PBCC),

Roberts and his Transit driver, Lititz resident Gary Musser, plan to cover 5,000 miles, stopping to compete against 70 other drivers at racetracks across the country.  Roberts has driven "One Lap of America" for the past nine years, raising more than $16,000 for the PBCC's programs and services.

Stickers that will decorate the roof and body of Roberts' Corvette can be purchased for a donation, which will benefit the PBCC.  The donor name will be listed, or donors can purchase a sticker in honor or memory of a loved one.  To make a donation, readers may visit pbcc.me/donate and fill in "One Lap of America" when prompted for the "Title of Event".  Readers may also donate by stopping in at Jim Roberts West Main Auto, 14 W. Main St., Mount Joy.
