I am getting ready for this years event in which we will compete in early May.  The event will be about 2,700 miles.  With the miles to South Bend and back home, the total will be over 4,000 miles in about 8 days.

Rich Grant will be my Transit Driver this year, helping with the highway miles, and I will do all the competition driving.  Rich is a member of the Northern Virginia Corvette Club.  This will be my 16h One Lap and we have now raised over Fifty Thousand dollars for the Pa. Breast Cancer Coalition over the last several years.  Make a donation and you can ride along "vicariously" (with your name on the top of the car) on the trip and help a great cause at the same time.  The Pa. Breast Cancer Coalition, represents, supports and serves breast cancer survivors and their families in Pennsylvania through educational programming, legislative advocacy and breast cancer research grants.

 I will be running One Lap of America again this year for the 16th year. For the last several years I have been raising funds for the Pa. Breast Cancer Coalition.  Last year we have now raised over $50,000 over the years and I was awarded the Pa.
